My Buddhist friend Akuppa organises the Buddhafield Festival every year. To quote Akuppa, he is a: "Nature lover, meditator, occasional story teller and writer".

And not too modest either!

I like to take the piss a bit and call him A-Cuppa. Hey, you've got to laugh, right? If we all took ourselves as seriously as Akuppa does we'd be slipping down the pole of Dharma wouldn't we?

I practice Casual Buddhism myself because you don't have to do anything but these folks are all into the serious stuff like bodypaint and nudity.

But I got to talk loads and let's face it, that's what being a Buddhist is all about.

OK, yes I took my clothes off but only to prove I was really an ordinated Buddhist.
